One way to place your home infront of the others is to have a Certified Home Inspection. Upon completion we will report any necessary repairs, and other safety and maintenance items that will bring your home to the front.

If there are any items to repair, we will return for a re-inspection and print a new report.

The home will have a sign in the front yard next to the Realtors indication theis is a "Certified Home"

The homeowner will also receive a framed certificate to place in the home for buyers to see.

The home will be featured on our web site. If the home is listed on the Herald Dispatch's Home section the picture will have a gold CHI seal. When the seal is clicked on it will take you directly to the inspection report. Also the Realtor's web site will have the seal to take buyers to the inspection report.
